POSITION SUMMARY
The Head of e-Commerce shall increase the strategic impact of the sales organization on driving the profitable growth of the company. He/she is expected to play a leadership role in data analytics, customization, optimization, driving targeted and also digital-led sales activities. He/she is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing, implementing and executing sales strategy and achieving its targets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- E- commerce sales strategy and revenue generation
- Define the value proposition, pricing strategy, go- to- market strategy approach to different customer segments based on customer analytics
- Define and execute expondo’ s sales strategy as part of the company’s revenue growth engine
- Provide leadership for the development of global strategic e- Commerce plans including objectives and strategy for targeted markets both via own shops and market places
- Develop and unify approach to all customer initiatives throughout different functions, evaluate and enhance end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Plan and oversee execution of all web, SEO, performance marketing, customers database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Be a functional center of excellence, owner of the expondo’ s online sales, supporting all countries, providing best practices/standards and guidelines.
- Play vital role in strategic projects such as entering new markets
- Ideally willing to relocate to Berlin– needs to spend ca. 20% of time in other key European offices such as Warsaw
