The Role

 

For our Central Product Engineering Team  ‚Functional Excellence & Six Sigma Lean‘ located in Hanover we are currently looking for an 

Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) Project Manager (m/f)

As Automotive SPICE Project Manager you corporate with the Engineering Business Department, the different Engineering Domains, Quality Assurance and Functional Excellence in order to assure ASPICE-compliant product development.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Drive and deploy a lean and ASPICE compliant development process 
  • Definition and execution of a implementation strategy for the improved development process
  • Ensure a clear value of each deliverable in the development process from ASPICE perspective 
  • Act as a central point of contact to communicate and steer all involved teams
  • Provide status reporting of activities against the program plan or schedule
  • Identify and manage needed education and training demands in project teams related to PE processes, methods and tools
  • Ensure adherence to the defined standards in project work
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to solve project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing tasks

Voraussetzungen

  • Master Degree in related field, with at least 5 years work experience within Product Engineering in the automotive industry
  • 5 years of experience in a multicultural environment
  • 5 years of experience in Quality Management at Product Engineering; Integrated systems, SW, E/E, Mechanical 
  • Advanced knowledge about Software, Hardware and interaction of ECUs as system 
  • Experience in process definitions, e.g. ASPICE / CMMi / IATF16969 / ISO26262
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Strong communications and people management capabilities
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead (even without direct reporting lines), motivate and develop teams globally
  • Strong capability to structure and coordinate complex and interacting activities
  • Ability and willingness to escalate and deal with ambiguous situations
  • Fluency in English, at least conversational in German
